USFCU Scholarship Program

United Southeast Federal Credit Union wants to help our students succeed.  In order to help them do so, USFCU will be awarding five $1,000 scholarships.

Scholarships are for graduating high school seniors who intend to enroll full-time in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university, college or seminary.  All applicants must be a USFCU member.  Additional criteria for selection are financial need, an academic record of 2.5 GPA or better, along with service to community, school, and/or church.

The applicant must submit: the application, transcripts, FAFSA or SAR, and a one-page double-spaced typed essay about their scholastic and community involvements, along with any additional personal information or special circumstances that will aid the committee as the application is reviewed.  Application packets must be completed and postmarked by March 7, 2014 to be eligible. Selection of recipients will be made by May 16, 2014. The USFCU Scholarship Committee will send a notice of award to each recipient specifying the terms of their award.
