     The United Southeast Federal Credit Union voice response unit is called STAR (Simple Telephone Audio Response).
 
    STAR is a telephone inquiry and transaction service accessible using a Touch-Tone phone. You will need a Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) which can be obtained by contacting any of our Member Service Representatives.
